One assessment = one candidate completing one test. If you create an assessment and assign it to 10 candidates, that counts as 10 assessments. Creating the assessment itself is free—you only pay when candidates complete it.
Yes! All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card required to start. You can create assessments, invite candidates, and experience the full platform before committing.
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no penalties or fees for changing plans.
If you exceed your monthly assessment limit, additional assessments are billed at the per-assessment rate for your plan ($5 for Starter, $4 for Professional). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for annual pricing or upgrade to annual billing from your account dashboard.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and process payments securely through Stripe. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms.
